Even when a rule picks a coin, it means nothing if it does not reach the user. So we built a dispatch system that instantly notifies, over Telegram, the coins that met a rule's firing conditions. We arranged each coin's name, address, and call-time information into a readable message and managed a send log so the same coin would not be alerted twice. We also lived through incidents where one malformed message blocked a string of other alerts, and learned that the dispatch path must be handled with particular care.
