The win rate capped around 52%, the chance of at least doubling was flat under any condition we set, and the expected return, with losses included, was negative. It was the moment a hypothesis built over a month collapsed. But this honest defeat redirected us: perhaps the real lever lies not in what you buy, but in how money flows after entry and how you control losses. We set aside our attachment to the call itself and chose to chase the flow of money.
